Emilio’s Three Pillars:

  1. Self-Development: For Emilio, the cruciality of self-development extends farther than just reading a book. He believes in the constant pursuit of knowledge, information that allows finding better solutions and paths of least resistance. At the same time, he understands that being strategic about going the extra mile also helps someone become a more well-rounded person. In addition, trying to learn a little bit of everything such as figuring out how to cut your own grass instead of having someone else do it can be deeply rewarding. Instinctively, this mindset has spread to the way Emilio manages business.

  2. Community Advocacy: Growing up, Emilio loved playing sports in his community, and over time he realized that the people who volunteer at those community games actually take part in helping raise the next generation. Now that his kids play in the same parks he used to, Emilio understands the importance of having holistically positive people as community leaders and volunteers because they have a direct impact in the youth, the future

  3. Financial Literacy: Financial Literacy is actually a fairly new term for Emilio, one that he came across barely 5 or 6 years ago. This is precisely why learning about it was incredibly empowering to him and shifted his mindset around business and his personal life. He believes that the more that people become financially literate the more empowered they will feel and the more control they will have to innact the change they wish to see in their surroundings. As a loan officer, it is his duty to make buyers as financially literate as possible with regards to their mortgage loan decisions. Savings, conservative or aggressive investments, bank account management, and budgeting are only some of the topics he often discusses with his clients every time he meets them in person.
